Gentle Exercise Plus

To attend this class you must be steady on your feet and able to move freely without the use of a walking stick or by holding a chair. Good balance is required as we will be doing routines that move in all directions.
You will be on your feet for most of the class and only be sitting the last 10 minutes.
We offer a seated class on Mondays & Tuesdays if you feel this would suit you better.
